This stop focuses on labour rights and the UN Human Rights Article 23: “Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.”

Many of the high street shops in Westgate still use sweatshops as a manufacturing method to cheaply produce low-quality and disposable clothing for their stores. When it comes to labour rights, many clothing brands are still breaking the law. As well as labour rights being violated, the impact of clothing production on the planet is disastrous.
